1. Please be ready at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before pick-up time and the transport can be slightly late due to traffic.
2. These rates are net in Thai Baht and exclusive of 7% VAT
3. Cancellation Policy of This Tour : At least 24 hours before the trip. No refund for no-show and last-minute cancellation for all reasons to maintain our competitive price as your seats cannot be resold.
4. Bad Weather Cancellation : Our tour operator and the government assess the weather condition every morning. In case of the tour cannot operate, we will offer you the option to fully refund or change the date.
5. We encourage you to contact us immediately if something is wrong during the tour. We usuallly can solve your issue with our partner immediately.
6. We will do our best to investigate your complaint with our partner who operate the tour. Please be assured we never ignore your complaint and seriously use it to improve the service for both our partner and ourserlf.
7. We cannot refund you for a complete trip due to your dissatisfaction or the tour itinerary is altered due to weather or other factors. This is due to the fact that we cannot claim the refund for the complete trip from our partner, too.
8. Please note that we cannot give you the refund if the tour can be operated but you refuse to go.
9. Out of area of transfer have charge 500-800 Bath.
